Nature bathing with a productive purpose.

We convert vacant urban lots into therapeutic growing spaces for personal and community wellbeing. Our elevated urban farming experience lets you share in the abundance while helping turn empty spaces into thriving sources of food and flowers.

Stop and eat the flowers.

We grow everything together and share the harvest together. No green thumb necessary.

Members participate in a variety of seasonal activities designed to nurture your relationship with nature. Together we grow and harvest fresh vegetables, build stunning bouquets, craft quality compost, save our favourite seeds, and meditate in lush meadows.

Many hands make light work. No more worrying if you forgot to water your garden, or whether you should have planted an extra row of tomatoes. We all take care of the farm together so nothing is missed. We approach all activities with a sense of lighthearted experimentation and invite others to do the same. We believe that farming should be a lot of fun, not just a lot of work!

Imagine an outdoor eco-spa mixed with a community garden. Enjoy a mint tea in the shade, give your back a break in the hammock, or just go for a stroll in the messy meadow to refresh yourself in the beauty of nature.

The club supports other therapeutic growing initiatives and food access organizations with plants, materials, and volunteer hours. Your membership supports Calgarians across the city with access to therapeutic growing activities.

Welcome to Lot 01 - Country Village

An inviting plateau inside a diverse community hub in northeast Calgary, Lot 01 has two acres (0.8ha) of member space inside a five acre (2 ha) parcel. The member area will be dedicated to intensive growing in the Production Gardens, Hoop House Clubhouse and Compost Patch. Outside the trellis fence, a public walking path travels along the extended Messy Meadow and Shrubby Shelterbelt, showcasing native plants and pond views.
